Restaurants that are registered with COPAE are identified as such with a sign that recognises them as a “collaborating establishment”.

These establishments are highly recommended to consumers because COPAE checks the certification of organic food and ensures that the information regarding these products is clear and unambiguous and does not mislead the consumer.

The consumption of local and seasonal organic products reduces energy costs and encourages sustainable development in rural areas.
